I need some help please

Hey everybody, How do I record the progress of my weight loss journey on my profile page?

Hi Donna! After you sign in, click on "My Account" ... which takes you to your "Personal Account Center". Click on "General Info" ... which takes you to the page you filled out with name, address, etc, when you set up your profile page. Scroll down until you see the "Comments" section. It's there that you just type whatever your heart desires. If you are computer-smart you can add HTML to make it look the way you want. (OH is promising they will have some "prettying-up" options for us in the next few months.) After you are done, be sure to check the box that says "Email me a backup", since sometimes accidents happen and profiles disappear. Then click "Update My File" ... and there you are!
