Hi everybody

I know it has been a long time. I have been vacationing all July. I just returned from my cruise. It was great my birthday is friday. My husband may return home from Iraq Aug. 28th. You know i am counting the days. He has been gone eight LONG months. Boy is he in for a surprise. I am in size 10 from 18/20. I am now down to 185 from 242lbs I feel great. I walked the stairs everyday on the cruise ship instead of the elevator. It felt wonderful not to get out of breath doing it. Still no regets.... To the LCBB I will see you Thursday for a pre-b'day celebration. To Becky thanks for the 3 month anniversary card you are a one of a kind gem... Thanks, Pat
