so I would like to know who writes dwn what you eat every day ? please help me ,my dr told me I was not getting enough to eat calories how many a day does every body get ?I was getting around 600 to 700 but I am walking also & burning them also .
It has been a long time ago now, but I was at that point too, where I had to write things down and make sure I got enough calories. I remember that it was hard, but I needed to do it to lose. It worked. I recorded my fluids too. It wouldn't hurt for me to do that again.

yea i am so glad i am writing dwn my foods now i was only getting 600 to 700 a day now i am getting around a 1000 & it has jumpe started my weight again ,it just seems so strang to have to eat just got to change my mind or re train it .thnks becky

Whenever I am off track (either too little calories or too much (more of that lately) I have to write down. I'm so glad you are getting in enough now. Take care of yourself!!!

I use Fitday.com to keep track of EVERYTHING I eat and my weight every day, and I love it! What I really like to do is look at the reports to see how my weight has gone down over time -- I love looking at that downhill slope!
