Hey Becky,
A little bit of fruit or juice helps my plumbing. I have also eaten some dry fiber cereal to help with that. My small meals are small amounts of chicken, tuna or cottage cheese. I've had some lettace but I'm really watching the carbs. I was really snacking TOO much and not realizing it. Chips and Fritos are made by the devil!!!

I am so glad to hear that Mary!!! Keep up the good work!! I lost a total of 14 pounds in the first 2 weeks!!! You will be so happy with your results!! I am in a size 14 FIRMLY now. I thought that I would be happy here, however I don't think so... I an 30 lbs away from Goal and looking forward to seeing what size i make it too!!
