I trie to send you an email, but for someone reason my computer wouldn't let me...this is what I tried to send... Hey Judy, First let me give you a Big ol' SC Forum welcome...WELCOME JUDY!!!! I gather you're going through the pre surgery phase right now? Have you had your psych eval, and all the other pre surgery stuff yet? It's been one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself...there are absolutely NO REGRETS on my behalf. What do you mean you're not brave enough to post ?? You're braver than you think. The decision to have weight loss surgery takes courage. Facing the truth about ourselves requires us to face those demons that have tormented us for far too long...that my Darlin' takes courage!!! You can do it Judy, you can do it! We would love to help you along your journey, and I promise you'll be welcomed with opened arms, especially by me !!! I thank you for your kind words, they mean more than you know I've decided that living our best lives can be a struggle at times, so while the Good Lord still has me here, I'm going to encourage, uplift, motivate, and just plain ol' love everyone I can. I'm no rocket scientist, I haven't found the cure for AIDS, or cancer, but I have a heart that cares for those who struggle like me. So no matter race, religion, or gender I'm here for anyone who just needs to know that someone out there Really does care what they're going through. I will give this a try, First again let me say your post are so uplifting. I am hoping to have surgery some time the end of September or the first part of October, everything was moving along smoothly. I had my psych eval, upper GI, all I needed is the cardio appt. I can't get that appointment until Aug 22, (I have to wait almost 5 weeks.) My insurance does not require the 3-6 month nutrition/exercise classes. So now I just sit and wait until I can get that appointment and then for that Doctor to send in my results. I've tried to call each day to see if anyone canceled but no luck. Judy

Hey You!!! Well imagine my surprise...IT'S JUDY!!! You hang in there Darlin', living our best life is worth the wait!!! I think you've got a heads up...at least you don't have to wait for 3-6 months for all the other stuff that some insurance companies require. Hurray for that uh?!! I know the waiting seems like a lifetime, but the end results are soooooo worth it!!! You keep checking for a cancellation...you'll never know if you don't try right? Just know that you're surgery is right around the proverbial corner, and I'll be waiting with you. Soon Judy soon, you'll be dancing on the losing side, and what a dance that will be!
