OK. I am a scrapbook junkie. I found this idea on the scrapbook messageboard and thought it was fabulous. I was going to make a scrapbook of my weightloss journey. One lady suggested saving the tags from clothing as you go down. I thought this was a great idea!! I plan on doing it! Rachel

Here is another neat idea I saw on the Main Messageboard. Someone took thier old clothes and cut them into scaps and made a quilt of them. I liked that idea too.

Hi Rachel,

I'm not an expert at scrap booking, never took a class, BUT I did start a scrapbook on "My new journey" before my surgery, I have gotten slack on it but still stick things between the pages that I want to go in it and plan to organize it later. I think it will be great to look back at after I reach goal and after plastic surgery and all. What a journey huh?! Have a blessed day, Debra Spencer
