1 week till surgery day

Hi everyone I'm pre-op but I have surgery next week on the 21st with Dr. Byrne in Charleston. I'm not scared or nervous, but I'm ready. I've heard about the lowcountry by pass buddies group but don't know when or where they meet. Is it open to anyone thet wants to join? I'm looking for a support group especailly after surgery. Please keep me in your prayers

Hey Cassandra, I just read your profile and I must have gotten your old surgery spot 'cause I am scheduled to have my Lap-Band with Dr. Byrne on August 25. Congratulations on your upcoming surgery! I know you will do GREAT!! I work at MUSC and Dr. Byrne is a wonderful surgeon--so don't fear, your in good hands with him as your doc!!
