Good Morning!!!!!!
I just wanted to say good morning. I am waiting for my kids to wake up so we can get ready to go to the gym. I was supposed to go to a meeting this morning....but no babysitter means I get to go to the gym
. I would rather go work out because it seems like all summer I haven't gone more than 2 times in a row. I think that has been my problem.
Just wondering what everyone is doing today......
Is anybody eating anything good today? I feel like I am in a rut!!!!!!

Good Morning to you to Melissa. I am stuck at work
and then I have to take care of some dogs after I get off. So it should be a busy day on my end. Hopefully I will find some time to go for a walk tonight when it cools down. What a minute, cool down in SC during the summer, does that ever happen?

I'm off today. (whew) I've been sooooooooo tired trying to juggle everything, but with the Good Lords help I'm managing. Can't ask for more than that. Well I've been asking to win the lottery, it hasn't happened yet...but I guess you have to play to win
I want to let you know I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo proud of you for starting back working out. I know how hard it is to stay committed, but you hang in there
I'm having pork tederloin, no stir fry today. I haven't figured out what veggies to have yet. I'm feeling like I'm in a rut too!!!

Grrrr...whats so good about it?
If I don't get some sleep soon, you guys are gonna see me on the news being talked off a building. My child keeps waking me up 2-3 times every night. It has been almost a week like this! And to think, I'm thinking about a newborn...have I lost my mind?
Anyway, gotta get through these few hours at work and then off I go to run some errands. Then home to clean. Ugh. Maybe I'll go to the gym today...or maybe I'll just take a nap.
My mind is too foggy to plan. When can we have caffeine again...?

I am so happy for you and all that great exercise you are getting in this week. They say it takes 21 days to make something a habit, so keep it going and soon it will be second nature.
I am going back to Jervey Eye Group (Hi Patti!) this afternoon to pick out frames for my new .... arrghhhh .... BIFOCALS.
I went to see a Dr. there yesterday because I've been having pain behind my right eye for 2 weeks. If I had known I'd end up with bifocals .... Waaaa!
After that, I'll be getting ready for a quick weekend trip to GA ... going to check on my mother-in-law and visit family. (My sister never did get a diagnosis ... her doc wants another biopsy, this one under general anesthesia, to make a certain call whether it's sarcoids or lymphoma. *sigh*)
I ate crab legs twice this week ... yum! I also had some Wendy's chili yesterday ... yum some more! I basically eat the same things every day, and rarely have room for anything other than the protien at each meal. This morning I did have 4 bites of cantelope after my breakfast protein.
