I finally took my BOB ( BIG OL BUTT) back to the gym!!! I know I should never have stopped, BUT... I got slack!! I had to yell at myself to get up and go.....BUT I DID!!!!!!! You are so good. I have completely fallen off the wagon when it comes to working out. I've already pre-paid for my personal training sessions and they keep the money whether I use them or not! I'm just way too good at making up excuses I guess. Can you yell at my BOB too? It won't listen to me either. Kathy

GO GIRL!!!! When can I get back in the gym and doing weight machines too?? I know i can walk now, but I didnt know about the weights and leg weights.. im 3 weeks post op and have a hole from the drain still lol.. didnt wanna pop out a kidney or something Jen

When I went for my 1 month check he told me I could start resistance training with about 5 pounds. I think at 3 months he says Go For It!!! I will see him next Friday so we will see. Melissa
