Just spoke with Amanda and she confirmed me for an initial visit on the 20th of this month 9:30 AM. Just curious: How many visits are normal pre-surgery? I intended to ask her but forgot. Thanks! Mike

Usually just two if you are healthy. The consult and then pre-op. I can tell Amanda is back today. I have been waiting 2 weeks for her to get back to work to send in my paperwork to ins. and I just checked the website and my ins co. has my stuff in review!!!!! It has been almost a month since my consult. I know yours won't take so long since her vacation is already over.
