AMAW/CAMAW final thoughts
Daisy first off thank you for doing this!!
Being my first time doing this I was so nervous going into this but I have to say I really enjoyed it. I lost a total of 4.3 pounds when I weighed myself this morning!!! Which I am over the moon about but I wonder how I would have done if I had been in my normal work environment, getting in my exercise, and bringing my food from home and having regular snacks and not so much caffeine and gum. I am excited to do this again...
I do want to challenge myself to figure out how to use the photo posting on this site so I can do that more though.
Again thank you for being our coordinator, guru, cheerleader, and what other terms of endearment escape me as I try to multi task badly....

Thanks a million for doing this, Daisy!!
After my Saturday morning weigh-in, AMAW ended with me down by 4.4lb. Whoo!
I've decided that I'm going to apply an AMAW policy to my office. No carbs at all during the workday! I will keep more jerky on hand, and make sure I have meaty things for lunch. It's not going to be hard to implement, and it will be a huge help because work is where I often snack.
Rock on!
