Race Day
I completed my first ever 5K run yesterday. I usually can run it in 50 minutes, but somehow did it in 42! It must have been the excitement. Lol. I tried to upload some pics but when I upload them here they are to large. But I have a couple on my profile. Once again thank you for your support and encouragement.
Way to go!

I find that the adrenaline on race day TOTALLY helps speed things up, whether it's running or biking or ANYTHING!
Congrats on making a great time!
