Good morning menu friends!

My morning is going well so far. Just waiting for the shuttle to get to work.

Qotd: we do not have one. My work offers workshops in conjunction with the Red Cross to put one together. It's subsidized and costs $25 for $75 worth of supplies. I signed up once but then wasn't able to make it but I probably should do it.

Menu

B: protein shake

L: going to a Greek restaurant with some co-workers from another department I used to work in. One of our retirees is coming too. I'm looking forward to it. Will probably have pork or chicken souvlaki and maybe some geek salad but I doubt I will have room

D: Ham and veggies

Exercise- Going to try to get my steps in today but it will be challenging. My workout is later so I may switch it to a cardio workout so that I get more steps in and do Lower Fix tomorrow. We will see where I'm at with steps when I get home.

I got back down to 219.4 after up and down movement on the scale for the last week and a half. Hoping that's the end of my stall.

Going to see a house tomorrow night. Price is okay and location is perfect. Wish us luck!
