I just saw in your reply to DD2 that she passed away yesterday. I'm so sorry. Although 97 years old - she certainly lived a nice long life. I hope I get to live that long!! My condolences to you and your family, though. It's hard regardless of the cir****tances.

Hi everyone,

Late post today, crazy day at work!

QOTD: We have fireworks in our neighborhood all year round. One of my neighbors must be filthy rich cause they use the professional stuff. They must also have it good with the police cause no one ever calls them. This is loud as all get out! While it's nice to see, I hate it because it drives my dog absolutely bonkers!

B: 2eggs, turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice of cheese.

L: 3oz turkey breast

S:1 1/2 oz turkey breast, 1/2oz prosciutto

D:2oz black angus sirloin, 1/4 serving ricotta bake

S:plain chobani yogurt

Cals:680, Carbs:9, Protein:96

Hello menu friends -

Last day shift for me this week, then two days off and then back to nights for three nights. The first half of my week has went by really fast.

If the weather cooperates I am going to spray my yard for weeds and then plant flowers tomorrow. I bought some of them on Sunday. Will plant them first and see what else I need.

QOTD: We only have fireworks around where I live on the 4th of July.

B - Protein shake

L - small salad, tuna pouch

D - 5 ounces chicken breast

S - 3.7 ounces shrimp, 1 Tbsp. ****tail sauce

S2 - Siggi's yogurt

Calories - 740, Protein - 126, Carbs - 27

Edited to add snack 2 - should have just went to bed and skipped it, but it was good.
