4 Month Follow Up with Pictures
This week has been so exciting...I hit ONEDERLAND on Wednesday which means I've lost 50% of my excess weight! Woooo Hooo!
I had been having a hard time seeing any progress in the mirror (fat brain). I wanted to look at some pictures, but over the many years of my obesity, I have become very good at hiding from cameras or, if forced, hide behind a child, a chair or stand in the back so only my head shows. I remembered my center taking 'before' pictures (in red) below. Then I took new pics (in blue) below. I can see it now!
Looking forward to the next 4 months!
