im a little concerned about how high the carb and calories are. My meal plan is pretty small and I feel like all my options are surprisingly high carb and not all that nutrious. Hopefully that can change once I'm able to eat meats and veggies.

E: laps around the house, cleaning, and a meet up with friends wore me out today. No formal exercise.
Good morning Daisy and everyone!
I am a day late and a dollar short this week, lol. Started doing some spring cleaning early yesterday morning and hadn't touch my iPad.
QOTD: I am not a runner so am not up on running gear. Athletic brands I have found I like are UA and Dankin. I have to careful about footwear due to my huge issues with my feet. My joints in my feet, especially the joints in the ball of my feet connecting my tootsies, have become an issue which is why I had to retire early. My toes go at an angle now. I have had surgery but has not helped. I do like New Balance and Nike. Love the look of the new Sketchers...so cute!
