What's on your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning everyone! I'm on day 11 of the 21 Day Fix- so excited about that and I will walk at lunch time too. Really working at increasing my activity level. So glad the work situation is being resolved JB and I'm so excited for your trip to Paris! I hope to go to Europe some day
QOTD: JB, you probably don't want me to share... a co-worker started singing Smelly Cat (Friends fans I'm sorry!) so now I can't get it out of my head. Ugh. Gonna have to turn my music on when I get to work and see if I can purge it.
B: Protein Shake
L: Either some protein from the salad bar or the deli bar at the cafeteria - it was that kind of morning. At least I got my shake made! If that fails, I have a Dannon Light and Fit in the fridge.
D: Sadly no plans yet- but there will be meat.
Have a a great day everyone!

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.
77 lbs lost and counting!
Losing the regain! I got this!
QOTD: no earworms stuck in my head right now, thankfully!
I have no idea what I'll be eating the rest of the day. If I go to where I'd like to go to lunch (with my brother and mother), then fish tacos. Otherwise...??? My DH plus my sister and her family are flying in today. Should be here mid-afternoon. My brother's church is making dinner for us. He said they're making "country food". I have no idea what that is - fried chicken? Ugh. This could be tough if that's the case. Although as always, I have a couple of protein bars with me.....
23 months out (maintenance)
B: Oikos salted caramel yogurt with 2 T granola
S: coffee with half & half
L: fish tacos??
D: ????
Congrats on the job situation!
My earworm this morning was "The Bear went over the Mountain" - version by Green Jelly (you'll have to youtube it - be warned, the video is about the weirdest, funniest thing I've ever seen).
B: 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese on my 70 minute walk in to work, plus an Oikos 000 yogurt when I got here
MS: a bit of blueberry applesauce
L: 1/2 cup homemade turkey chili, extra beans (for my walk home to be interesting, I suppose)
AS: the rest of the blueberry applesauce
S: Unknown, but likely leftover chili again or a bit of chicken.
I looked at my lunch and given my state of mind today, I kinda didn't pack much, nor is it all the usual stuff. Kinda out of it this morning I guess. I do have an emergency protein shake or two here at my desk, so that might get subbed in somewhere.

Remember, no matter where you go.......there you are.
Quick for me- have a meeting.
QOTD: I have a song called shut up kiss me in my head. It was the song on the radio when I started the rental car this morning. its a good song.
Had indian food last night and for leftovers for lunch. Ate the meat out of the curries, 1/4 naan, chutney, no rice and that is it. pretty happy with that. I did however eat a siggi 100 cal plain then a no cow bar for 160 before bed. not sure what that was about but the general thought was that I was tired and exhausted from traveling and just did it. I need to add that to my pacifica app. if you haven't tried it - it is free and tracks your moods (you have to input them of course)
B: egg white veg omlet/1/2 turkey sausage/1/4 pancake sf syrup
Good Morning!!
JB - I hope everything works out on the job front. No matter what, just put it all out of mind when you are in Paris. No use wasting a good trip on worrying about something you can't control.
QOTD: My mind is soooo incredibly random. I almost always have a song playing in my head and it follows no rhyme or reason whatsoever. Today it is Cold Hard B*tch by Jet but yesterday it was Suddenly Seymour from Little Shop of Horrors. How my brain got from one to the other is one of life's mysteries I guess.
Menu:
B: coffee w/ 1/2 cup of light soy milk and a scoop of syntrax nectar cappuccino powder and a carbmaster cinnamon roll yogurt
L: salami and cheddar
S: Hillshire smokey bourbon snack pack. I also have a premier shake with me if needed
D: pulled pork and mashed cauliflower
Update from yesterday: I went out to diner with my family because my aunt is in town. We went to one of our favorite little Mexican food places and I was SUPER good. I got the shrimp fajitas even though it was enchilada night pretty much everywhere in Texas. I also only had 1/2 a flour tortilla. I might be the most proud of that because flour tortillas are my kryptonite. I have been known to put anything into a tortilla. One of my favorites is hot dog tacos LOL.

I love Little Shop of Horrors!
Grim and I have approximately 144,737,539,357,920 geraniums and other plants that we started from seed in the house that are waiting to get planted outside. I named them all Audrey II! He had no idea what I was taking about...hahaha.
That is perfect. Did you # them too? Audrey 1 - Audrey 144,737,539,357,920...but be careful of Audrey 2, she gets a little nippy.
