What's on your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning Tuesday menuers! It is going to be a gorgeous day here in Portland. After Pilates, I am planning on going to The Japanese Garden. It is a gorgeous park and should be spectacular today.
Glad you are resting and icing today, JB. Need to get you all better for Paris. Five days! Woo hoo!
Speaking of Paris, I have got to start pulling things out to pack. I did start laundry yesterday, but I have not started packing yet. Time to get serious about it.

If packing means throwing everything you on into a pile on the chair, than I am way ahead of you!
Calvin...love that boy.
Hello Menu Crew
I've been Missing in Action, but had a very busy week, weekend and new week lol. We had my dad's 70th birthday party on Sunday and had so much fun transforming the main floor of our house in to a 50s diner. My 12 year old made a playlist, and a good time was had by all - especially my dad. He LOVED it.
I started the 21 day fix last week as you all know, and I've completed 8 days without missing so I'm proud of that. The scale is inching down so I'm annoyed but trying not to let it bother me, and at least it is going down. 223.3 on the scale today. so 71 lbs total loss, and 58 since surgery. It will be 4 months on Friday- I can hardly believe it.
QOTD- I love Susan from Between Friends, and my husband has been known to cut out a few of their strips because it reminded him of me.
Menu-
B: Protein Shake
L: Black Forest Ham
Snack- Dannon light and fit- if I get to it
Dinner - Pork chop and veggies
Here are some pics from my dad's party, and also 2 of the comic strips. Have a great day everyone!

RNY Jan 12, 2017 Lost 137 lbs but regained 60.
77 lbs lost and counting!
Losing the regain! I got this!
Forgot the "records" and the poster my sister made. My dad loves to play with words, so there are lots of signature grandpa sayings. So we polled everyone and got the ones we each remembered first.
