Surgery Canceled

My surgery was Canceled because they never told me not to take my pressure meds.

Then they wanted me to do all the testing over in another county. Couldn't do it so I went to another Hospital

close to home and am waiting for my records to be transfered, but they explained a lot more I'm hoping for

June for the Surgery I already have the Dr. appointment

That must have been so disappointing for you and I'm sorry that happened.

The bright side is that they were paying enough attention and realized you'd taken your blood pressure meds. No one wants to be up on the table and have their blood pressure tank. I'm thinking that outcome might not have been positive.

Keep doing the next thing and soon you'll have a new date and be on your way. =)

Keep the faith all in life happens for a reason sometimes we just don't no why! Hopefully they can give you a new date not too much later.

So REALLY it just POSTPONED...sounds so much better :)

I can only barely imagine how disappointed you must be. Hang in there! I firmly believe everything happens for a reason. Keep your apt, and keep us updated!

I am so sorry that your surgery was postponed. I am not one that believes there is always a reason for things to happen -- except to say that sometimes the reason is that someone drops the ball or makes bad decisions. It seems to me that if they didn't advise you of something so important, then you've made a good choice to explore having surgery at a different location.
