Hello and welcome!
I use My Fitness Pal (app & website) to track everything I eat. It's incredibly easy to use because you can scan barcodes from food products or enter recipes. You can change your nutrition goals based on where you are in your weight loss.
Right now I am in maintenance and my daily goals are: Calories: 1000 / Protein : over 80 / Carbs: under 50. I am very carb sensitive, so sometimes I need to lower carbs even more to keep from gaining.
I use Baritastic,it is great.

Welcome back!
You can do this.

"What you eat in private, you wear in public." --- Kat
Hi! Good job recognizing you might need to pay more attention to what you are eating. That is key! I am 3 years and 2 months out from RNY (WOW hard to believe) and have certainly had moments where I had to pay closer attention to what I was doing and more importantly WHY. I have not made it to my goal weight yet, but I gotten to 191 and have experienced absolutely no re-gain other than a 5 pound flux either way that my surgeon says is an acceptable flux to call my weight a stable healthy weight. I want to lose 20 more, but I am pretty stuck at 191 (weighed 191.5 this morning****ep a careful check on my weight and also what I am eating. This is a lifelong battle we will always have to fight, but it is so worth it!
Good luck dear :)
