its really rainy here too but I think I'll buck up and clean the house today.. not my favorite chore until its done and then I'm happy to relax.
QOTD: I don't really watch TV unless it HGTV so I can't really help you there. My favorite is the Property Brothers and I'd love it if they'd come rescue my house.

Good Morning! I think it is awesome that you have volunteered to fill sandbags, and I hope you stay safe. Our weather has been crazy here, we were 99° on Wednesday and Thursday and then today it's a high of low 70s.
My hubby has to work on and off this weekend(one of the big annual fundraisers), but we may try and go to an area block sale when he gets home later today- it's actually a few blocks so I'll just play it by ear with how much I can walk.
QOTD: I know I am late to the party, but I have been watching Gilmore girls.
Menu for today: B:Latte, eggbeaters, turkey sausage links, 1/2 an orange L: Insides on carne asada street tacos (taco truck tacos!) S: latte, yogurt, granola, jerky and Brazil nuts D: Hoping the steak I pulled from the freezer thaws out in time, if not probably a TJ turkey burger, green beans and SF jello with cool-whip.

Hello all -
Back home from vacation. Had a wonderful time visiting with family. I am happy to report that I lost 5.6 pounds while on vacation.
I posted last week that I had made it to my half way mark to my goal, but I was mistaken. I was posting on my phone and did not read my halfway point correctly. I have now reached my half way mark. In fact I am 1.6 pounds past my half way point.
Menu:
Breakfast - Protein Shake
Lunch - tuna w/ dill pickle relish
Dinner - salmon burger, green beans (1/2 cup)
Snack - Light and fit Greek Yogurt
Calories - 540, Protein - 94, Carbs - 18
