Hi everyone!

The nearest Trader Joe's is a couple hours from me. I'm traveling to day and am stopping at Trader Joe's for the "Everything" spice. Any other amazing Post Op wonders that I need to pick up?

They have NO coffee flour at my TJs. But in the spice section... there was a row of cumin, a row of bay leaves, a row of chili lime seasoning, and then 10 or 12 rows of the everything srasoning. I bought three more ;)

Love the tomato paste in a tube. If you like nuts they have some great inexp nsive nuts. I have the salt and pepper pistachios, and the raw almonds in little snack packs. Their kefir is much less exp nsive than the grocery store, and it makes the best smoothie mixed with fuzzy navel. Good price on frozen shrimp, and I also buy the riced cauliflower.

Yes. This. All of this.

But stay away from the edamame hummus. That stuff is crack.

If you are taking a cooler, pick up some of their chicken. I love the 12 ounce packages of Lemon Grilled chicken (yellow package) and Balsamic Rosemary chicken (purple package). They are easy to heat and make 3-4 easy meals for a week. I also buy their frozen fish burgers -- tuna, salmon and mahi mahi. They are just the right portion size for a meal for me and easy to heat.

I also love alot of their other fresh things, but those are my faves!
