Let's do that challenge! Maybe it should be called the "Last 10 Pounds Club" because no matter where you are in the journey, those last few pounds blow. I think my recent 3-4lb gain is work-out related, but I want them OFF.

Good morning all! Feeling pretty zenned out this morning after my weekend yoga marathon (five classes!). Today is our anniversary, but we're both working tonight - boo! If DH gets out of bed any time soon, we can go for an anniversary breakfast, though (just coffee for me - I already had breakfast!)
QOTD: I rarely have trouble sleeping (i did years ago, but I was a smoker then, so maybe it was that??). I have NPR/BBC on my bedside radio constantly (it's NPR during the day but switches over to the BBC from midnight to 6:00 a.m.). I turn the volume down really low before I fall asleep (and back up again in the morning), so if I do have trouble falling asleep - or wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep, I just listen to the news on the BBC...

B: homemade Greek yogurt, fresh raspberries
S: coffee with half & half, SF protein shake (kefir, unsweetened cashew milk, vanilla flavoring, Fuzzy Navel protein powder)
L: 1/2 chicken salad wrap, orange
D: 1/2 chicken salad wrap, 1 C asparagus soup
working the 4-8 shift again this evening at the library, so may take a protein bar with me (since I have to eat my regular dinner at like 3:30!!). I'll still be fine calorie-wise, though.

I listen to NPR/BBC on my long commutes, so I don't want to get in the habit of falling asleep to that, lol.
Monday! I was supposed to finish a couple reports at home this weekend and didn't. So... I'm walking into work this morning a bit behind and am a little frazzled already this morning. I did have a fun weekend, Easter egg hunting in the snow with my littles. So it was worth it to postpone the work from home. I also had a 2hr walk on Saturday without kids (although I love walking with them I can go much further, much faster without them) which was super nice.
When I can't sleep I usually just toss and turn. If I hope on my phone and Netflix I ended up getting even less rest because I get engaged and even more awake. Most of the time when I can't sleep stress is involved. Sometimes I'll just give up and get up super early and fold cloths or do other quite chores.

D: TBD based on what DH makes for dinner. Last night I made zoodle spaghetti for the family. DH and I have decided not to buy pasta anymore and are a little inlove with our zoodle maker. We are moving away from carbs at dinner time :) so some of whatever protein and veggies he makes tonight.
