What's On Your Saturday Menu RNYer?
No fun plans other than getting my taxes done earlier today. I don't owe any money and even getting a little back! So I am very happy! Tomorrow I am making a crock pot turkey breast and the recipe calls for lipton onion soup mix. I make my own salt fee version and it's very tasty! I'm just getting ready to gather all of the ingredients together and make it ahead of time.
QOTD: I'm still early out in my weight loss and have a long way to go so it hasn't hit me yet other than NSV's like the day I realized that my seat belt fit me after not being able to wear it without an extender for 4 years. Now all of my clothes are falling off and that's a great feeling!
B: 2 eggs, breakfast sausage, 1/2 slice cheese

I'm late posting and it's been a crazy day for eating. I am not quite 3 months out but my weight loss so far really hit me the other night at the drum fit class. I felt so good about what I could do.
B: Protein pancakes with sugar free Walden Farms syrup
L: I went to Costco to grocery shop so I had a sample of Brie, a sample of a Greek Yogurt dip and then I had a piece of extra old cheddar on the way home.
D: I'm going to have cold cuts with some Boursin cheese and maybe a slice of cucumber.
S: I'm not sure yet. I know my protein isn't at enough yet so will look at my options and see what I need.
Poor planning on my part today but tomorrow is another day.
