What is the average RNY weight loss?

Losing 44 pounds in 2 months is amazing! Your body needs time to adjust before continuing. My nutritionist said it's like going down a flight of stairs...it's not straight down...after losing a bit, your body needs time to sit on the "platform" and make sure you're still healthy before descending more stairs (weight loss). If you follow the nutritionist's advice, the weight will come off. Although it seemed like my post-op year flew by and I lost over a hundred pounds, it still only averaged to a bit more than 2 pounds a week.

you are doing great! I had a stall for a few weeks right about the same time you are, then just kept going. I had to add in water of about 80 oz and just keep going.. you got this! :)))
