Off topic -- a world of hurt!

Thanks for the words of wisdom. I definitely was wearing my helmet -- I actually broke it with the fall! I'm feeling better today for sure, just super sleepy.

Broken helmets make fabulous trophies. Cyclists are sick like that :)
