Hey everyone, I have very busy with work,hope everyone likes this early winter chill ! I am at 6 months Oct, 15 and have lost 101.5 lbs i ahve been walking and going to the gym 5X a week, and my wife is at a about 2 months and has lost 35 lbs. we are doing great !! I hope we will be able to make it to jules WLSG at roger williams,work suck !! always on the road !

Try being a woman and dealing with this!!  Evertime I take a shower I pull a mouse sized ball of hair out of the drain!! I had to buy a drain protector because I keep clogging the tub.  It still clogs because some hairs pass through!!  Everytime I touch my head out comes a hair.  On the plus side I just noticed little hairs popping out. THANK GOD!!  

it happen but it will grow back and you will not go bald from it.  I lost  alot of it but it is all coming back.   Keep up the great work.

Feel so bad been a long time since I been here.  I am so sorry. 

Well, let me just tell you what has been going on with my life.  today I have lost 201lbs and going to see the plastic   on Nov 20th.   Need to get much needed extra skin off the stomach and the chest. WHOOHOOOO!!!  I can not wait.  I have 3 doctor who have all wrote saying the extra skin need to go for medical reason.  I been going to P.T. 2x wk for my back.  Between the uppper and lower back don't know which one I like to say hurt more but they both hurt.  I just did a walk for cancer  the end of Sept.  I was really happy to do that. my 2nd 5k walk.  I went for my year check up on the hip and the doctor said that it is good for 50years.  Geuss I am good for a life tiem.  lol...    Went for my year an half with Dr. Pohl yesturday.  I passed that with flying colors.  My blood work came back  100% good.  My chol is right where it should be and for being almost 400 before surgery that just make me  want to dance.  Everyday  I watch  Chip and I get smaller and smaller.  It is a  wonderful thing.  He is down almost 70lbs.  If you go onto facebook I posted some really great pictures of before and after of the both of us.  I brought them the other day to show the doctor .  He just had the biggest smile.  Life is good but really busy.  Work is crazy and starting Monday Chip will be working 2 jobs.  This mean I will have at least 4 night a week to myself.  So girls if your looking for a night out shopping or what every  give me a call.  I am game. lol.    There goes his extra pay. hee hee.   Miss you all see you at the next support group or next gathering. 

Don't foget in Dec  Chip and I have our Christmas party.  I will be sending out  the info soon Hope you can make it.
