For those of you who were asking me about my black forest ham-wrapped asparagus yesterday - OMG, I just looked online to see whether anyone had any variations on what I do, and check this out: prosciutto-wrapped asparagus!! Drool drool drool.

Good morning everyone.  Everyone's menus look so tasty.  O&D prosciutto wrapped anything is good.  I like proscuitto wrapped shrimp, and prosciutto wrapped melon, it's also good as a base for eggs Benedict.  I was in Bulk Barn the other day and they now have Roasted Chickpeas in plain or BBQ flavour.  Bought a few of the BBQ and they were really good.

Today it's swimming, doctor appointment, and paperwork.

B. Large decaf

S. Coffee protein shake

L. Quest protein bar, as I will be out.

S. Greek yogurt

D. Greek salad with chicken

S. HB egg

Have a great day everyone.

Good morning everyone!  Thank you for all your comments yesterday.  I will just continue to do what I am doing.  I feel great and don't feel deprived of food so why eat more.  Off to work soon and looking forward to 4:30 p.m. already.  A co-worker and I are going out for lunch today after a meeting and it's the first time I've gone out for lunch since surgery.  My fiancé and I have our last set of engagement pictures tomorrow morning and this time, my future step-children will be involved.  I'm so excited!  I will also be working on wedding stuff this weekend.
