Good morning,

Sorry I haven't been around much. May has been a crazy, busy month. There's a lot going on with kids end of year activities (competition season is finally over for the girls), training, ex-spouse drama, mental health issues with a niece and a nephew, Ross' mother still on the downslide of a very slow death, and the list goes on. My eating has not been good throughout this, and i'm starting a meditation daily to help with that (has worked in the past for me).

Today's menu thus far

B: protein coffee (with premier protein) - grape skin and white bean toasted with natural peanut butter

L: Chicken breast and sweet potatoes

S: goat yogurt

D: pork tenderloin and asparagus

Totals: Cal: 986 Carb: 37 Fat: 37 PRotein: 144 Fibre" 19 Sugar: 14 -

Hmmm...not enough carbs...will get a banana in there I think
