Your WOW moment is one you will remember always. It was indeed special. I remember crawling in bed with Grandma and she held me. It was if she was comforting me in her passing....God truely knows what we need to cope with this time of loss. You are a strong woman and i do know that for you, as it was for me...there will be a time soon, of great peace in your heart. It will fall over you and comfort you through these times and the times after. God bless you in this time. Huggs

Rita, your Wow moment made my tear up.  I am so happy that you are being given this time with your Mom so you can be with her as she passes into the next life.  I will be forever grateful to the hospice angels that gave us time with our Grandmother at the end.  She was allowed to die with dignity, surrounded by the people that loved her the most.  Hospice allowed her a graceful passing.

As sad as this time is for you it is such a blessing.  Hug your Momma and stay in bed with her as much as possible.  Call me if you need anything.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Rita,  I am so sorry about your mom.  I am so glad that you were able to snuggle her.  How precious.  I hope my kids can snuggle me in my last days!  You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers!  Much love,  Diana

Hi, Rita, You and your family are in my prayers.  I was a volunteer for a hospice in OKC for about 1 1/2 years and they are really good about working with patients so their pain is controlled but they are still able to communicate with their loved ones.  Do you need anything?  donna

Thanks Joni, and everyone. Your prayers and concerns are greatly appreciated. Mother is such  a  strong woman. She is my hero and best friend. I miss having two way conversations with her. She has been the light of my life. She continues to hang on and beat the odds. Thanks again, Rita
