If you are looking for healthy recipes, I found a website called: wwwhealthyeating.com   It has some wonderful recipes, a weight tracker, menu planner, basically a whole bunch of stuff you can use.

I've posted about 10 or more terrific recipes in the recipe forum but have only had 2 of the Okies come by to visit them....  lots of people rant and rave about them....so you should check them out if you want something out of the normal that is more than wonderful to the tongue and appetite.

Cowboy! I tried one of your recipes....I made the cheeseburger pie? I think that's what it is called - well, actually, I printed it out and my husband made it! Anyways...it was really good!
