Cheryl it's good to hear from you.  Sounds like you are doing awesome.  It took me a month or so to get it figured out what to do or not to do to prevent the famous "FOAMIES"    Not fun times at all.  I haven't done that in several months now.  It's hard sometimes to teach an old dog new tricks!!!  Remind us later and I'll try to meet up with some of you guys on the 30th.  We're always game for coffee and dinner or just coffee!!!
