critic review on Cowboy's hot cereal

Remember the cereal that Cowboy was raving about a few weeks ago.  I got some and yep, tastes just like oatmeal!  I cut up strawberries and put 2 pkts of splenda in it just like he said.  It tasted good even to me and I am not a fan of oatmeal. It has 12 grams of protein, 12 fiber, and only 132 calories.  Of course I couldn't eat even half the serving so I probably only got 4 grams of protein in.  I would give it one thumbs up.  I would give it two if I liked oatmeal but alas...I still don't like oatmeal that much.

What was the name of the cereal again and where did you purchase it?  Sounds like a nice alternative to the "boring" eggs and cheese I have almost every day....  Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, Kim!  Yesterday's weather has put me in the mood for Fall.  I love Fall and Spring...not so much winter and summer.  I hope your "rear" area is better today.

I got hooked up with some prescription drugs today and am doing better.  Yay Lomotil!  And thanks so much for asking!

Randy says he is right there with ya!  We just got his Lomotil RX filled.  The crazy surgeon wouldn't let him take anything to stop the runs but we just got back from his primary care dr. and he said start Lomotil and get it stopped. I think he will fill like a new person as soon as that is gone.  I'm glad you got something to stop it too!

By the way, if he is having that much of a problem, then besure he is getting something with potassium in it. Banana's or potassium loaded drinks. His energy is probably zapped by depleting that in his body.

You could add a bit of milk to it to make it taste even better....  I'm so addicted to this....and just think... THE FIBER and the LOW CARB...and the fact it's so good for you...  a littel fresh fruit...a little pat of butter...and a little splenda and a splash of milk and it's heavenly....  (it just doesn't look heavenly.)
