You gonna eat it before one of your critters gets to it?

FYI for all you RNY's. Watermelon can cause severe dumping. Just be careful and take it slow.

I'm a RNY'r and my pouch can handle some but not large amounts!  I handles most fruit pretty good.

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

I had some last night! My banana liked it too. It also likes cantaloupe, but I can't eat much of it (or honeydew) because I am allergic to it!

At the risk of sounding like an idiot....again.....are you eating it after your protein or as a snack?  Still waiting an hour to drink if you do it as a snack?  I worry too much about details I guess.  And while I'm asking questions...for you milk drinkers....do you wait an hour to drink your water after having milk?  I keep myself confused.

As the snack I'm not supposed to have and an hour after my protein.  I consider it more liquid than food and I think it is hydrating!

Cindy, I consider milk a drink.  It definitely goes right though my banana.  I feel "eligible" to drink water immediately after drinking milk.  I am probably cheating but it works for me.

And, my banana LOVES watermelon too!  I eat it for the snack I am not supposed to have.  I have to have a snack when I get home from teaching.  We eat lunch in the middle of the morning and unless I want dinner at 4:30 a snack is a must.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)
