i'm sick

it may be because my throat is so sore but drinking is not a problem. i have been drinking like a fish if they even drink. it seems to help my throat. thanks for caring!!

sorry your feeling bad surgery sista, i'm not feeling all that well myself. Anywho just keep drinking, thats what I am trying to do. Hugs

You can get it at Walgreens-it's a little plastic teapot you fill with sal****er (saline solution) and pour up your nose.  You can buy fancier ones, but see if you'll use it before you "invest".  It basically power washes out your sinuses, and that sounds awful till you are clogged, and then it's heaven on earth.
