Well, we've made it through the past several weeks. We're in recovery mode now. All of our friend's funerals are done and our other friend's husband has been successfully transplanted (liver) and no longer requires someone to be with him 24/7. So, we're mobile again.

Other than being overwhelmed for a while, we're doing great. When the biggest issues I have to deal with are allergies, headaches from the allergies, and a stall... I consider that as doing GREAT!

I've truly missed everyone and will try to catch up eventually. Congrats to all the new post-ops and best wishes to all the pre-ops!

Is everybody ready to put on their sneakers and *Walk Away The Pounds*??? : )
Is everyone ready to start tomorrow? Let's get busy and have fun exercising together ... and accelerate this weight loss journey and get Healthy!!! : )

So Glad to be Back!

Shelly

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly

Shelly - I'm so glad to see you back!  You have been away too long!  Hopefully your life will get back to a more "normal" level now.  Glad you are doing well and "Hi" to your hubby!

I've missed you Shelly!!!!!  I'm glad you are back and glad all the crisis is getting behind you now.  I deserve wet noodles because I still don't have the DVD yet!   I have got to get my butt in gear!

Welcome back!  I am sure you are happy to have your life back on a more normal keel.  I suspect you are stalled because of all the stress and hospital sitting.  You will get it going again when you fall back into your routine.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)
