60 Pounds Gone!!!

I hit the 60 pound mark this morning!  How exciting is that?  I don't ever remember losing this much at one time before.  I had lost 50 pounds on several occasions but always gained it back plus some.  So we're in uncharted territory now and I'm loving it!

I wanted to post "60 pounds gone forever" but how can I really believe this weight is gone forever when it has always come back in the past?

Way to go GlitterGal!!!! YES it is gone forever....You lost weight before as many of us did, with a commercial diet (that's what I call them!)...You are not on a diet now, you have made permanent eating and lifestyle changes, and even if here and there you, as I, may not always be perfect, we can never go back to the way we used to eat...if you think about it, you probably would not want to! I know I look at food differently and that has never happened on any of the diets I have been to (and I have been of dozens of them). Most of them made me want food even more.  If you keep eating right and stay away from carbs, you will keep losing and the weight will not come back! You are looking great by the way!!

Way to go, Sis!!  Yes, it is gone for good!  I know that is a scary thought.  As Anna said we CAN'T go back to eating the way we did.  It is physically impossible.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

That is just fantastic.  You should be so proud of yourself.  What an accomplishment.  You are looking great and you have such a great personality to boot.
