When I am at the grocery store, I try to pick up one or two things that I don't normally buy and figure out how to use them.  I am a big cheese person, but this time I bought swiss cheese.

So far I've put on thin corn crisps for breakfast "cheesetoast" and melted some over a cup of frozen veggies for a quick, yet healthy lunch.

Now, I don't think I've ever melted Swiss cheese before-that stuff is stringy like mozzarella and if you have a narrow stoma (RNY and Bandsters) you will need to chew it well, so you get that good chewing factor going on.  And, it rolls around your fork like spaghetti!

I never realized what a great thing Swiss cheese was and I will begin to include it in my regular cheese rotation.  Also, and I know this is an optical illusion, but due to the holes, a slice of it looks HUGE.

What kind of thin corn crisps do you use?

So...since we been talking about poop this week a lot....I was wondering?  Do Swiss people have poop with holes in it?  Someone research this and get back to me.

The swiss cheese sounds great. I've just been enjoying Laughing Cow Light Swiss cheese wedges. May have to try the real thing soon.

The cheese talk is great .... the Swiss poop talk kinda gagged me but sure made me laugh!!! : )

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly
