Sugar free desserts were fab and I'm a bad girl!!!
True confessions time! I ate some sugar free desserts on vacation this week. And they were so dang good! And it was a cruise, after all and I did go to the gym and get in my cardio. (guilty conscience here!) Didn't seem to hurt me since I still had a loss but I thought if I told on myself it would be good for the soul!
I'm a bad girl and I hope Dr. W is not lurking about the board this weekend!

Better choice than peanut m&m's! I'm glad you had a loss though!
Peanut M&M's...OMG...I have forgotten what those taste like...crap I'm sure...lol. I have had sugar free desserts before...yummo! I have consumed some umbrella drinks without the umbrella...they pack a lot more punch now so one will do...trust me...4 would have you on the floor!!! I hope Dr. B isn't lurking the board!!!
ONEDERLAND!!!! FINALLY!!!! WHOOOO HOOOOO!
I don't think they'll beat us up for having sf desserts. They know we're human, after all! I still have ff, sf icecream, and Golden Corral has sf desserts. If we have a little now and then, I think it makes it easier to stay "on the wagon." I just know I plan to never let sugar pass these lips in quantities that could make me dump. If I never pu**** or test it to see if I can get by with sugar like some of my friends have, and I learn I can have it, then Katie bar the door because I'd be back to my old eating habits and eating through the surgery like a friend back home.
I don' t do it all the time, but DH felt bad at a birthday party he was sent to buy ice cream for, knowing I couldn't have any. So, he looked and found Blue Bunny Reduced fat flavored with Splenda. So far I have tried the Turtle, Banana Split and Cherry Nut flavors. All good.
Cold Stone Creamery has one called "guiltless, sinless" and is Vanilla flavored with Splenda. I told the man there that I had Gastric Bypass surgery and he said he would blend in any fruit I liked to keep away from the sugar. So, he blended in strawberries and bananas for me, and it was heaven. I got the smallest size and didn't fini**** but it was oh so good for a wonderful treat.
These days, I'm hooked on Edy's Sugar Free fruit popsicles in Black Cherry, Mixed Berry and Strawberry-Kiwi in a blue box from Wal-Mart.

LOL! I know what you mean there. There's a GREAT SF cookie that I get at Wal-Mart...Can't remember the brand, but they have SF TIger Stripes, SF chocolate ones that taste like oreos, lemon ones, etc. They're a new brand and are sweetened with Splenda. DH is always on the lookout for new things that I "can have".
My favorite sf pudings are banana with chocolate topping and fudge mint. The Dulche de Leche ones were too sweet, but my big sis loves 'em!
I'm going to post the recipe for SF Red Velvet Cake that my DD made for me for 4th of July.
They took me to Cheesecake Factory (bad children...Mom addicted), and I got a slice of their sweetened with Splenda...and took 5 days to eat it. I would eat it one or 2 bites a day and that was it...made that expensive sucker last and last! LOL
A little of these go a long ways. It sounds like I eat them all the time, but I just experiment and see. Dh and son both try to find things for me to eat, and both have converted to Turkey brats from pork ones. I can eat one and they eat the rest.
