Lawton Docs?

Hello Everyone,

Is there anyone out there that has WLS in Lawton or at Ft Sill? I am in Duncan and I was hoping there might be a good WLS doc in Lawton or on base. Any help on this will be appreciated!

I don't know if Dr. O'Herrin is back on Fort Sill yet, but as far as I know there is not one in Lawton.  There is an excellent WLS doctor in Wichita Falls that has performed on many of us in the area and his name is Dr. Kenneth Warnock.  His number is (940) 691-0805.  He was my surgeon almost 4 years ago and I think he is great!  Hope that helps!

If memory serves me correctly, the WLS patients from Ft Sill go down to Wichita Falls to Warnock.  There is not anyone on Ft Sill that is handling Bariatrics.  WeightWise has a few patients from Duncan and OWLO in Norman have a few patients from Duncan as well.

You should be able to click on the link to the left side of the page labeled "Find a Bariatric Surgeon" and check out the reviews.  WeightWise surgeons are Walton & Broussard, OWLO surgeons are Keith & Nelson.

Good Luck - there are a lot of patients from both Central Oklahoma practices and several from Warnock as well.  Ask questions and you'll usually get some sort of response back!!  Welcome to the Oklahoma Forum!!

Dangit Renae you beat me to it, lol.  I did notice a Dr Patel who was listed in Ft Sill too.  I have hearda lot of good things about Dr Warnock though down in Wichita Falls....and not just from Renae here. 

I am in Lawton and when I had my surgery they told me at RACH that the only doctors in our area where in Wichita Falls.  I went to the same office as Warnoch but I actually had Dr Bret May.  He shares the floor with Warnoch.  I really like him.... I never did meet Warnoch though.
