Long time...no post
Hi all, it has been along time since I have been on here. I am happy to see that the Oklahoma board is seeing more action.
I have been struggling for awhile with losing. It is my own fault because I have not been following the rules. I had my lapband May 10, 2007 and have lost around 55-60lb. Most of that was within the first couple of months after surgery.
I have been beating myself up lately, as I feel that I have failed with my weightloss surgery. I thought maybe someone could give me some ideas of how to get back on track again. I am never hungry but eat anyway. On the flip side of that I never feel full either. I just get stuck!!! AAAARRRRGGGGHHH.
Thanks for listening and looking forward to hearing some good tips from all of you experts out there.

When was the last time you went in for a fill and a consult?
Are you eating soft foods that slip past the band? It's pretty easy to fall into that habit-I'm the poster girl for soft food syndrome.
Welcome back-this board is very supportive of all surgery types.
Don't discount the 60 pounds you've lost and kept off-that's huge. Now it's time to step it up and get on down to goal.....
