NOOOOOOOOO!  My hubby pervs the craigslist in search for new toys...NONONONO!  lol  Esp since now he is in OK, he has begun to look up there for things...ugh...if a guy named Kerry calls, tell him his wife said NO!  lol

I spoke with him, btw, and as soon as he get his desktop up and running in the apartment this week, he said he would grab his bookmarks for those groups so that you can begin lookin for the new "mistress" (as we call his bike...she gets more attention than me sometimes, lol)

www.v4hondabbs.com is a forum he frequents, but it is generally geared to magnas, sabres, and interceptors.  They have a lot of good info tho and are generally a bunch of nice folks.

Magna Owners of Texas (MOOT) has a forum as well.  Also SMOT Sabre and Magna Owners of Oklahoma and Texas, which is an email list.

Janice, just buy your own dang bike and we can go riding!  LOL.

Thanks for the links, Janice! He sold it yesterday afternoon...less than 24 hours after he listed it..I told him it was too cheap!  In September, we're buying a new one.

With high gas prices, it's definitely a seller's market.  That was very hard for me to wrap my head around.  Of course, you can still custom order anything you want, but there aren't any real deals and you'll pay for it.  I did get a rebate or something when I told the dealer "i am genetically programmed to NOT pay full price for anything...."

I keep saying I'm going to buy a shirt or pair of jeans and pay asking price for it-and it makes me sick to think about it...LOL.

I know! I have price tag shock on clothes in stores since I shop thrift stores anymore.

If that cycle shop in Midwest CIty still has the used Honda, we'll get that one. Other than that, we plan to shop around and look at Craig's list and other places...we don't want to spend that kind of money..but we might because it's something we'll both enjoy.
