For the rest joining in on the exercise fun, please get your DVD at your earliest convience and we'll start our daily workouts! Feel free to start out slow and just go at your own pace. The DVD instructor is great about showing modifications and encouraging everyone to start slow.

Edited to add: THIS is the random number generator that I used. I assigned a number (beginning with number 1) to each person as they signed up. Then entered the number range in the generator and let it pick the winner.
