Hello Friends,  I've been looking for SF/FF Yogurt, that fit the criteria that was given to me by my NUT, and have not had ANY luck!  HELP?!!? What kind of yogurt do you eat, and where do you buy it? RNY 6/30/08 SW-290 CW-247 GW-140

Everytime i have went to buy yogart I have just had to look at the label.  I have eaten with no problem the Great Value Lite and the Blue Bunny sugar free.  My doctor told me to look for Sweet freedom but I have yet to find it.  Good Luck.

The only one's I have been able to handle are the Blue Bunny SF and Fage Greek Yogurt. The Fage has a lot more protein.I was not able to handle even these until about 3 months.  I had a problem with even small amounts of sugar and any dairy besides cheese at first.

Its good to see you back!

All I can tell you is don't make the same mistake I did and eat your prunes with your yogurt first thing in the morning, lol! As for yogurt, you wont find one that is fat free and sugar free,  I tend to go more for the lower sugar ones, 5 grams or less and 100 calories or less, and I don't remember the name but I know what it looks like in the store, the one I buy has 60 calories and is so yummy. I bought the Blue Bunny sugar free yesterday.  It had more natural milk sugars than I would have liked but decided to buy it anyway.  I added some chopped nuts to kind of balance out the milk sugars.  It was yummy!  I don't have the RNY so I am not sure if my advise will hel*****t.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

I've had great value lite from WalMart and also Weigh****cher's yogurt. I enjoy both of them.

Avoid any bits of fruit in your yogurt since you're freshly post-op. Congratulations!

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly

Thank you all so very much for your help.  I'll be looking for the blue bunny at the store and see what it's like on my tummy.

Hey girl~ Try the Activia yogurt... It really agrees well with my pouch!  Just a suggestion.  I get mine at Wal Mart and the Commissary!
