Ok, can I just share? There was a time when I worked a lot of hours in downtown Dallas, and had a 3 venti a day habit.... to cut back and save money, I started getting mistos until one day as I flew in for one I said "I don't understand why I'm so buzzed......" turns out the brewed coffee has lots more caffiene than the same size expresso drink.....
I keep SB on the treat list, not the daily habit list, or if I'm running errands, it's a 4.00 meal....but there is not a starbucks in my building now.....I bet those skyskraper 'bucks clean UP the cash.
Honey, honey, honey...there are 6 SB in a 3 mile radius here, and it is considered a "lightly placed" community here in Houston. Everywhere you turn, there they are, taunting you, seducing you...come, come to us, taste our luscious tasty beverages...you know you want to...you need a pick me up...really, what is a few bucks..our motto is "we are cheaper than crack"... GAWD! After intense rehab, SB-Anon mtgs, and rerouting every car trip to avoid seeing one, I can finally say I am through with them...well, until next time, that is, lol

My Sam's has been carrying some of the Da Vinci syrups recently. I stocked up last time I was there. They are $4.30 something for a bottle. Java Dave's carries a selection of the Torani SF flavors.
Deb, I am not ambitious enough to whip anything for coffee. I used the dry milk powder to keep the coffee hot. I also add the Benefiber to the mix to keep things movin'!
