I wanted to chime in here one last time to "clear the air" so to speak about the intent of this thread.  Hand-on in person support.  The people that you have met in person who have touched your life and made this journey better for you.  For me that is......... Carrie - The first person to ever message me in PM and add me as a friend and my fellow Grateful.  I love ya girl. AmyBeth - You have no idea how much I value the HOURS we have talked on the phone and Yahoo.  You have helped me greatly girl. Sherrie - My month ahead of me WLS Grateful sister.  I told ya I was going to catch ya, lol. Sherri - You are such an older sister to me in so many ways.  You keep me in line too, hehe. Dot - Met you the first time we had a Eat n Greet and you have been a true friend ever since.  So happy the journey is starting back up for you again.  See you on the bench soon hun. Michelle - Will soon be joining you in the health care field.  Your support and friendship have really kept me going. Dionne - Wow where to start with you?  You and Roger have been there time and again with me during this journey and vice versa.  I know we will be friends for life.  Lets do lunch again soon. Liz (the one from here in Tulsa) - You came to see me in the hospital and walked the halls with me.  I will never forget that.  Your smile and support were just what I needed that night.  Thanks. Phyllis - You have been there for me too and always like to share a good laugh with me when you see me.  I remember the first meeting I went to you came up and introduced yourself to me and we talked.  I left there knowing I had some good friends already in the Gratefuls. Joni - Your journey has not started yet but you are on another journey God put you on for right now.  Best of luck with the coming baby and kiss your little boy for me, he is such a trooper. I have left a couple of folks I have met already off this list only cause I am still getting to know you and i know that our friendship and support for each other will get stronger as time goes on.  To those of you I have not met yet I look forward to it.  TO those I might never ever meet, you are still very important to me.  I could not do this without you all.

Oh Cowboy!  What a kind post.  If I have made your journey any easier or more enjoyable, I am grateful.  There is no way I could have made this journey without a lot of support from my online friends. I'm so happy to have met you!  You have been such a bright spot for all of us.  I would have like you better if you hadn't lost so damn much weight so fast but oh well!  (Ha!  Just kidding!) I'm looking forward to seeing you in the fall and again next year when we all sun our buns at your place! PS  You ARE mysterious and a bit of a poet, I see.  You still gotta consider opening that charm school for men...

AWWWWWWWWW TEARS. Just kidding, I too, like everyone else, have found true friendship here.  I know that I can say whatever is on my mind, and everyone will be there for me.  I truely enjoy everyone that I talk to on hear and look forward to seeing everyone in Tulsa. Karen
