Thanks to all :      For the information it very helpful you all answer all my questions and more thank you to all you sweetys, I  think is a reasonable time if they give me 6 to 8 weeks like you all say it give me time to shrink my liver and to go to  a seminar I think i have to wait for thankdgiving vacation I have a 5 yr old and he attend a special school an i don't feel comferter to go have a sugery and live my boy with my MIL she is 78 yrs and my son has add/adhd  so I guess is not going to be in agust but that is find with me i can have more info . thanks to all you grate people
