I am an obnoxious ice cruncher (I thought I showed great restraint at the movie the other day).  Soni**** is the best crunching ice next to a snow cone.

Right now I'm having a big glass of diet V-8 splash with a shot of vanilla matrix for protein and loads of good crunching ice.  It's like a pacifier for adults.

Considering you had to pay 4 damn dollars for that ice, I say crunch away.  No restraint necessary!

If you want something that's filled with protein and still have the potential to get you feeling full without tons of calories, you can make some "miso soup"  I talked to Jessica at WW about it and she thought it was a great suggestion.  low carbs, good protein, high in sodium though.... Just an idea! T.

Hang in there Kim.  I am on liquids today, and just got my reminder call from WW that I am to only have EIGHT oz of water tomorrow, nothing else.  I am having the metabolic test which is the reason for the 8 oz..  Then Dr. Walton will perform his fabulous sleeve on Wednesday.  Wishing that it was a support meeting week and I could attend. - Carol.
