I have the munchies!  The tummy wants nothing and, in fact, did not like lunch.  I know you'll say drink more water and I'm doing that.  But my head wants to munch!  Help!  Help!  Help!  I need something sparkly to look at!!!

What can you HAVE?  When i got the early stages munchies I would eat some cottage cheese or some string cheese.  Crunching ice is always a good idea.  You are getting more water in AND keeping your mouth busy.  Just some thoughts

How about going for a sugar free snow cone....crunchy ice.  I went through this last week and even got a sno cone with nothing on it at all and just ate the ice.  I think it was just nerves or my old thinking and my head needed something but not my tummy.

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

My whole family  had one of those yesterday.  They even make them with sf syrup!  They seemed to enjoy them!  Thanks!

I think I'm going to get myself one to eat on my way home from work.  That actually sounds good to me right now,

I'm such a salty person....I don't know if you can have green olives or dill pickles but that would be my choice....The pickles have a crunch too!! I love them frozen!!  I live on Soni**** now....I can imagine how it will be after!!

A few unsalted almonds do the trick for me. Or, go shopping! : )

I have to agree with the ice or pickles!  If protein is an issue, nuke some pepperoni chips for that potato chip effect.  You said your tummy isnt wanting food, tho, so I doubt that it will be on board with anything you eat to satisfy your munchies.  Maybe you could just chew on a straw to satisfy the chewing thing, without destroying your teeth, or actually putting anything into your tummy.  Sounds odd, but it does work...
