I read your blog and say....You are NOT asking too much!!!  Stick to your guns.  You are gorgeous and full of life and should NEVER SETTLE!  Everyone has given great advice.  What your dad taught you is so sweet and wonderful!  Stick to it!  Father knows best!!!  lol
